MARY POPPINS

07/09/17-08/09/17

Over the past few days we have been looking at Mary Poppins. We have made chimney sweeps, Mary’s handbag along with all her crazy accessories as well as kites and a picture scramble challenge. ☂️

Today Emerald came in for the first time this term. The children did impressions of lots of different Disney characters. They acted out villains, princes and princesses, animals and silly characters. Emerald will be joining us every Tuesday and Thursday up until Christmas for dancing and drama! Yay! 

ROALD DAHL

We have celebrated Roald Dahls birthday on Thursday and have been doing activities about all the books Roald Dahl wrote!
Georges Marvellous Medicine, Fantastic Mr Fox and the BFG were just a few we have looked at!

Today we had a rainy Roald Dahl hunt with lots of running and searching!

This week we have been looking at Robin Hood! We have made bow and arrows, decorated Maid Marian and Friar Tuck!

This week at Fusion we have been looking at Snow White. We have made toilet role drawfs, spot the difference, made a mixed media poisonous apple and played Snow White bingo!!!

This week we have been looking at Snow White. We have coloured in Snow White and made wicked Step Mother Crowns!

FINDING DORY

27/09/17-28/09/17

Yesterday we started our Finding Dory topic. We made octopus out of toilet rolls. We also played a running around Dory game. The children had to run around and when the music stopped, quickly jump into the rock pools.

Today we continued our topic of Finding Dory/Nemo. We had to hop, jump, skip and spin to all the places that Marlin and Dory visited on their quest to find Nemo.
