My name is Noemi. I have worked as a childcare assistant for over 10 years. My role is to safeguard children and support them with enjoyable activities in Fusion. With the infants and juniors, I do baking and arts and crafts, which keeps them engaged and inspired. My professional and personal life mirror each other as I also look after my very energetic three year old grandson for a couple of days a week. Like most children at Fusion, he keeps me active and stimulated, so I am never away from my childcare duty.
