Hello, my name is Shaheda Quium and I am the Early Years Lead at Fusion ASC I have over 15 years experience working in education and childcare. I hold a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce, a Level 3 Certificate for Early Years SENCOs, and a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism.
I am passionate about Early Years education and supporting children and families with additional needs. I find great fulfilment in seeing children grow in confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.
In addition to my role at Fusion ASC, I am also the Deputy Manager and SENCo at Fusion Pre-School, where I work closely with children aged 2 to 4, ensuring they receive the support they need during their early developmental years.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and socialising with friends, making the most of every moment together. Whether it’s days out, relaxing at home, or creating special memories.
