**REGISTRATION FOR SEPTEMBER 2017 – JULY 2018 IS NOW OPEN**
Please go to our website at www.fusionchildcareservices.co.uk and download and complete your Registration Pack for September 2017.
It is an Ofsted requirement that existing parents re-register every academic year.
Deadline: Completed Registration Packs need to be returned in hard copy format only to either the Manager, Abby Wilkins onsite at Fusion Childcare Services or can be delivered
to 45 Cranbourne Drive Harpenden Herts AL5 1RJ no later than Friday 9th June 2017 at 6:15pm.
PLEASE NOTE: INCOMPLETE PACKS OR PACKS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Parents of Reception children starting September 2017: In regards to reception and
their staggered start, we do a 50% retainer fee for the first 2 weeks (when they are in random times etc), then any sessions that the children attend (they are welcome to attend
every session if you want/need them too), we will just invoice you at the end of September for the remaining 50% of the sessions your child attended. Without this retainer we will be
unable to guarantee their place at your chosen sessions and they will join the waiting list and places will be subject to availability.
Confirmation of places:
You will be advised by e- mail no later than Friday 7th July 2017 whether you have the places you requested. Please reply to confirm the spaces we have allocated you.
Once you have confirmed your spaces we will send you a Statement for the first term’s fees, together with an invoice for September 2017. Fees are payable in advance, either termly or
monthly and your first payment is due on the 5th September 2017.
We will endeavour to accommodate everyone’s request where possible.
