Completed Registration Packs need to be returned in hard copy format only to either the Manager, Abby onsite at Fusion Childcare Services or can be delivered to 45 Cranbourne Drive, Harpenden, AL5 1RJ no later than Friday 8th June 2018 and 6.15pm.
We look forward to receiving your completed packs and you will be advised no later than Friday 6th July 2018 whether you have the places you requested.
